How do I make a request?
Every stay comes with one point of contact at Off Grid. Send what you have in mind, a date, a headcount, a rough idea, and we arrange the rest and confirm the details back to you.
What does the concierge cost?
There is no fixed menu of prices. Charters and transport are quoted per request against real availability, and we share the number with you before anything is booked.
Where are these services available?
Off Grid optimizes around the Florida coast first, so charters and boat days are strongest in the coastal markets. Transport and private aviation we arrange wherever the residence is.
Is the concierge included with a stay?
A concierge on call is part of every Off Grid stay. The arrangements it makes, a car, a charter, a table, are billed as booked; the point of contact itself is never an add-on.
