Off Grid (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

We collect only what you choose to give us. This site has no account system and no login. The information you can send us comes from four inquiry forms: three on our Partner With Us page, and one for guests planning a stay.

• Personal Information: name, email address, phone number, and the contact details you provide through our forms or inquiries.
• Property Information: location, type, bedroom count, current listing status, revenue, a listing link, and estimated value of properties submitted through our partner forms.
• Stay Information: the residence you are asking about, your dates and party size, and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Usage Data: we measure how the site is used and how quickly it loads, described in full in section 6. It is counted, not attributed: we do not build a profile of your browsing and we cannot connect it to you or to your inquiry. Your inquiry itself stores what you typed into the form and nothing more. We do not record your IP address against it, and we do not attach a tracking identifier to it.

The home page also offers a subscribe box. It sends nothing to us by itself: it opens a message in your own mail client with the address you typed, and we receive that address only if you choose to send it. There is no mailing list system behind it today.

We do not ask for payment details on this site, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data.

The referral form asks for the name and contact details of a property owner you are introducing. If you submit those details, you confirm you are entitled to share them with us for this purpose. We use them only to reach out to the owner about their property, on your introduction, and we will tell them how we came to have their details if they ask.

We use your information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide our concierge and property management services.
• Process partnership and investment inquiries.
• Improve our website, services, and user experience.
• Send relevant updates and communications (you may opt out at any time).
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Your information is used to respond to you and to manage your inquiry, and for nothing you have not asked us to do.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use three providers to run the site, hold inquiries, and draw our map:

• Vercel hosts and serves this website, and also provides the usage and performance measurement described in section 6.
• Supabase is where your inquiry is stored and managed.
• Mapbox draws the map on our Plan a Stay page. Your browser loads it directly when you open that page, so Mapbox receives your IP address and a record of the map tiles you request, and it stores an identifier in your browser to count map loads. It is used nowhere else on this site.

Vercel and Supabase process information on our behalf, under agreements that limit them to that purpose. Mapbox is contacted directly by your browser when the map loads. If we add another provider that handles your information, we will name it here before it does.

This site is built to be read without tracking you. It sets no advertising cookies, it does not follow you to other sites, and it does not build a profile of your browsing.

We do measure two things, both through Vercel and both without cookies. Web Analytics counts page views: the page you opened, the site you arrived from, your browser, device type and operating system, and an approximate location down to city level. Visitors are counted using a value derived from the request rather than a cookie, and it is discarded after 24 hours, so return visits are not linked together. Speed Insights records how fast pages load, which is the page, your connection speed, browser, device, and country only.

Neither stores your IP address, and neither can reconstruct what you looked at across pages. We use them to see which pages are worth improving and where the site is slow, and for nothing else. The figures are not sold, not shared for advertising, and not combined with your inquiry.

One thing does store an identifier in your browser: the map on our Plan a Stay page, which keeps a Mapbox identifier to count map loads. If we add another provider that measures or tracks anything, we will update this section to say what is measured and how, before it is switched on.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and, where a relationship follows, for as long as that relationship and our record-keeping obligations require. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove what identifies you. You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact below.

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Material changes will be made clear.
