A five-bedroom courtyard house in the white-walled heart of Alys Beach, on the quietest stretch of Scenic 30A. Lime-stucco walls hold the day's heat and give it back at dusk; a shaded loggia opens onto a private court where a single dark fountain is the only sound. The Gulf is two hundred steps away, past a roofline the town's code keeps low and level.
Ten guests across five bedrooms, each with its own bath, and a rooftop terrace that clears the parapets for the sunset.
