A four-bedroom contemporary house set directly on the sugar-white sand at Clearwater Beach, low and horizontal so the Gulf reads through it from the moment you arrive. A wall of glass folds back onto a deck where an infinity pool is aligned dead west to the horizon; a private boardwalk crosses the sea oats to a beach the residence shares with the tide and little else.
Eight guests, four bedrooms, four baths, and a kitchen built to be cooked in. The water here is flat and warm and holds the last light long after the sand has cooled. Paddleboards are stored under the deck, the concierge is a message away, and Tampa International is forty minutes by chauffeured transfer.
